Transparency, Fairness, Merit, and Due Process in Recruitment Matters
The University of Kamalia is committed to transparency, fairness, merit, and due process in all recruitment matters. The Recruitment Complaints Redressal Cell has been established to receive and process complaints, representations, or grievances submitted by applicants regarding recruitment-related matters.
Applicants may submit a complaint relating to application scrutiny, eligibility status, shortlisting, written test, interview process, or any other procedural matter connected with recruitment.
All complaints shall be dealt with in accordance with the University of Kamalia Act 2022, the University of Kamalia Employees (Appointment, Terms and Conditions of Service) Statutes 2022, the relevant recruitment policy, and any applicable rules, regulations, instructions, or decisions of the competent authority.
The Cell is intended to provide applicants an opportunity to place their grievance before the University for consideration. Submission of a complaint does not create any automatic right of appointment, shortlisting, interview, selection, or change in eligibility status. Each complaint shall be examined on the basis of the record, applicable criteria, and relevant documents.
Applicants may submit their complaint through email or written application within the deadline mentioned in the relevant advertisement, notice, scrutiny list, or any other official communication issued by the University.
Complaints received after the prescribed deadline, or complaints not supported by relevant documents, may not be entertained.

Only recruitment-related complaints submitted within the prescribed deadline and accompanied by relevant supporting documents shall be considered. The University reserves the right to seek additional information or documents, where required.
The complaint shall be processed in accordance with the applicable University statutes, rules, regulations, recruitment policy, and directions of the competent authority.
