Farwa Kainat is a Lecturer in the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds a BS in Biotechnology and an MPhil in Food Safety and Quality Management. Her research focuses on functional food development, with an emphasis on enhancing nutritional value to support health and disease prevention.
